no good as it descript March 3, 2010 NUDA it said it is no stick but actually it stick and you have to be very careful to use it. Even the lid can cause scratch on the pan, very disappoint
This pan STICKS! February 28, 2010 I. Iwata (Barbados) I agree this is a great size pan, but food STICKS to this pan more than any other pans I have had. When cooking fried rice, most of rice sticks to the pan!! The quality of "hard-anodized" surface is also questionable as it leaves stains after just one use! I would not recommend this pan.
Poor non-stick pan February 28, 2010 M. Anders I have used this pan only twice, the eggs stick badly. I have my everyday set of stainless pots and pans and bought this for cooking eggs and a few other items. It is a very light weight pan and of very poor quality. I generally have liked my calphalon pans, but this seems to be a knock-off item. It is very light weight and is not a non-stick cooking pan. You get what you pay for.
Nice Pan February 27, 2010 Julie A. Pike (Central Illinois, USA) I bought this because the Calphalon Commercial Har-Anodized pans without the non stick coating are hard to find. I already have this product and bought this one as a back up as I cannot find the 5qt dutch oven to replace my worn one. It is a little big for standard sized burners.
Calphalon Everyday pan February 24, 2010 Charley (Arkansas) My Wife loves this pan and uses it almost every day. The pan does need to be preheated to prevent sticking.
